The yoga & meditation weekend retreat takes place on the beautiful and tranquil coastal estate of Trefacwn which overlooks the Irish Sea on the beautiful and unspoiled North Pembrokeshire landscape of West Wales. It is set in four and a half acres of lawns and woodland with panoramic views over both the countryside and sea. Yoga practice takes place in Ty Sanctaidd, a 20-metre timber framed roundhouse. 

 

Weekend​ includes:

• Daily yoga and meditation in Ty Sanctaidd (morning workshop, late afternoon restorative practice, and evening meditation/yoga nidra),

• Accommodation: options include ensuite rooms with sea views in the Grade 2 listed Georgian house and estate cottages,

• Sauna & invigorating freshwater lily-pad swimming pool,

• Resident retreat chef providing vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner),

• Hot refreshments available throughout the weekend.
